Our terms of service

All customers (hereinafter “you” or “your”) should carefully read these terms and conditions before placing an order with us. All information provided is subject to Danish law.


By placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions, and a binding agreement is entered into. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your order is completed (remember to check your spam-filter). We reserve the right to cancel an order the event that product information, stock level or price of an ordered product was incorrect. In the event of cancellation or changes to your order, you will be contacted by us directly and immediately. Online product images of our fine jewellery pieces featuring precious stones might deviate from the stone you receive. This variance is to be expected of a natural product. Two stones are never entirely identical.

Payment, prices and currency

We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Depending on your country/region prices will be available in your local currency and with or without VAT (Value Added Tax). For shoppers within the EU, all prices include VAT, local tax and shipping cost.

We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect.


All goods are shipped from Denmark and will be delivered to the address provided by you. We offer free delivery with no order minimums for all countries supported on our webshop.

Cancellation & returns

When you make a purchase on our website, you have a 99-day right of cancellation calculated from the date you receive the product. If you want to exercise the right of cancellation you must notify us by email or phone before expiry of the this time limit, and before sending the product back to us. If returned to us in unused condition, you will receive a full refund via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

While the return is in transit it is under your responsibility. Therefore, we advice using a courier with a traceable service. Return expenses will not be refunded. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned in unused condition including original and intact packaging. Please send your return to:

Please note that personalized, made-to-order products are excluded from returns.


We offer a 2-year warranty on all products bought on our webshop. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us, if you believe a product you purchased from us has a fault covered by this warranty.


In case you wish to complain about a product you purchased from us, please contact our customer care by telephone or email. You can also submit an external complaint through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute (forbrug.dk).
